Mr. Paull has been a specialist in the area of forensic mental health treatment for over the past twenty-five years. He received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Theology degree from Pacific School of Religion. He served for nineteen years as the Director of the Contra Costa Conditional Release Program (CONREP). Mr. Paull’s clinical interests include treatment of adolescent, adult, & developmentally disabled sex offenders, couples & family therapy, and therapy with adult survivors of childhood abuse.
