Veronica Gibbs

Veronica received her master’s degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Nevada, Reno. She moved to Northern California in 2012 and feels fortunate to call the East Bay home.  Her background in counseling and administrative assistance has strengthened her ability to connect with people and providing a welcoming presence. As an Administrative Assistant at A Step Forward, Inc. (ASF), she brings a strong background in office organization while managing complex responsibilities.  She also creates a calm and efficient front office environment.

Through her personal and professional experiences, Veronica has developed a deep appreciation for the many challenges and transitions we all navigate today, including changes in relationships, work, education, technology, and the wider world around us. She is delighted to support a therapy practice because she believes that growth often comes through change; and one of the most important lessons she has learned is the value of resilience — meeting life’s transitions with compassion, adaptability, and grace.
